The Rainier
This Pacific Northwestern home is inspired by traditions in architecture from San Francisco, California and Portland, Oregon. She is designed to sit astride the sloping hills of the region overlooking the Pacific Ocean and boasts wide roof overhangs to deflect rain away from the foundation. The Rainier has four bedrooms and three and one half baths with a wide open first floor plan. There is a two sided woodburning fireplace and a balcony projecting out over the water views. The master suite boasts a nine foot long two person shower with benches, shampoo niches, and apposing shower heads for unique shower experiences.
