The Seneca

This fully custom home came to C.E. Rensberger & Family from our client. They drew it themselves—their “Dream Home”. We happily accepted the drawings and with but a few changes to meet current codes and/or improve buildability, construction began.  Situated in the wooded hills of New Market, MD, this 2,000 square foot plus lake home bungalow fits the land. Drawn with the sloped lot/land in mind, outdoor living spaces are private through the creative use of retaining walls. Water views from the deck and inside are spectacular.

C.E. Rensberger & Family’s standard upgrades like a woodburning fireplace, hardwood and ceramic floors throughout, upgraded windows and doors, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and extensive trim and moldings are included.
