Katie Milne comes to C.E. Rensberger & Family with nearly a decade in real estate and new construction experience and has been behind the scenes at CER since 2019 helping with new construction homes. Before real estate, Katie started in the music industry, working in marketing, production, and sales. She transitioned to marketing and communication in education before finding her perfect fit: new construction and real estate. Katie loves working with clients from the very beginning when they describe their dream lot and home, to seeing their faces when their new home is delivered. Katie values communication, believing it to be the heart of any relationship, both personal and business, ensuring all aspects of a transaction run smoothly. Whether she’s talking with clients about the home layout or who they think is going to win the NCAA tournament this year (hint: TARHEELS), she truly enjoys every conversation with clients.
Katie lives in Lake Linganore in Frederick County with her husband and their two young children. She loves being an active member of her community and plays violin with the Frederick Symphony Orchestra.
