This is a all new, fully custom plan developed over a series of meetings with the owner and architect. With lots of relief in the walls/depth changes, as well as a mixture of materials and textures, the outside of the home will be one to slow down and stare at when you drive by. The Sellwood is inspired by the Craftsman period of the early 20th century. In the window detailing across the exterior facade and by utilizing interior trims rails and moldings appropriate to the period, we are able to preserve a look and feel. With three finished levels inside, there is much to see and do. There is even some nice living space snuck in over the garage. From high-efficiency HVAC equipment to electric car charging, the home’s operating systems are inspired by the trends of the beginning of this century!
